Racing, start group 1 – 3:

  1. Clean & Glide, clean glide zone with cleaning agent
  2. HF POLAR or LFrace POLAR paraffin: melt solid paraffin, scrape gently when wax is still warm, cool down, scrape and brush well
  3. FC COLD powder + UF COLD liquid: spread liquid on base and powder on top melt mixture with iron (165 C), let it cool down and dry completely (at least 1 hour, preferably over night), brush well
  4. Top coating, FC COLD liquid: spread on base, let dry, rub on with roto cork and brush well

Racing, start group 4 and later

  1. Clean & Glide, clean glide zone with cleaning agent
  2. HF POLAR or LFrace POLAR paraffin: melt solid paraffin, scrape gently when wax is still warm, cool down, scrape and brush well
  3. FC LDR powder/ Fc cold powder 50/50 mix  + UF COLD liquid: spread liquid on base and powder on top melt mixture with iron (165 C), let it cool down and dry completely (at least 1 hour, preferably over night), brush well
  4. Top coating, FC cold liquid: spread on base, let dry, rub on with roto cork and brush well

Active skiers:

  1. Clean & Glide: clean glide zones with cleaning agent
  2. HF POLAR or LFrace POLAR paraffin: melt solid paraffin, scrape gently when wax is still warm, cool down, scrape and brush well
  3. UF LDR liquid glide: apply liquid glide on base, let it dry completely (at least 1 hour, preferably over night), brush well
  4. FC LDR block: rub on the block, melt with iron (180 C), use Teflon sheet between iron and ski base, let cool down, brush well

Recreational skiers:
