Joni Mäki

Joni Mäki is a Finnish cross-country skier born in 1995, Olympic and World Championship medalist. He finished fourth in the free style sprint and sixth in the relay at the 2022 Beijing Olympics. In team sprint he won silver with Iivo Niskanen. Mäki’s best World Cup finish came at 2022 in Falun, where he was second in the classic team sprint. Mäki won gold in Finnish championships in free style sprint in 2020, 2022 and 2024 and bronze in 2019, silver in the classic style sprint in 2023, silver in the 10 km free style in 2022, silver in the 15 km free style in 2021 and 2023 and bronze in the 50 km free style in 2019.
