Fluorine-free additives

The PURE collection is a result of long-term and systematic product development. The PURE collection is based on completely new and fluorine-free additives. Zinc stearate, polydimethylsiloxane with aliphatic groups, and mixtures of these improve the performance of hydrocarbon waxes and paraffins used in glide waxes in all snow conditions.

Zinc stearate compacts and hardens the ski base, reduces sliding friction and improves wear resistance, especially in cold and dry snow conditions.

Polydimethylsiloxane with aliphatic groups improves the water repellency and performance of glide waxes in both humid and wet snow conditions.

Chemical nature of the additives (zinc stearate and polydimethylsiloxane with aliphatic groups) enables their processing and complete mixing with the hydrocarbon waxes and hydrocarbon solvents. The amount and ratio of additives as well as the type of wax raw materials can be optimized extensively according to the requirements of different snow types.
